1. Acceptance By downloading or using DIY Decor AI, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. License We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use DIY Decor AI for personal, non-commercial purposes.

3. Credits & Subscriptions

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Free users receive a limited number of credits to use AI transformations. Pro subscriptions unlock unlimited transformations and are billed through Apple. Pro Monthly and Pro Yearly plans each include a 3-day free trial for new subscribers.

4. User Content You retain ownership of all photos you upload. By using the app, you grant us a temporary license to process your photos through our AI service. We do not store or use your photos for any other purpose.

5. Prohibited Use You may not use DIY Decor AI to process content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights.

6. Disclaimer The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated results are for inspiration only and may not always be accurate or suitable for your space.

7. Limitation of Liability We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app or reliance on AI-generated content.

8. Changes We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance.
