Overview Mes is an iMessage extension app. We built it with privacy as a default — not an afterthought.

Data We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect your name, email, or any personal identifiers
• We do not store your messages or conversation content
• We do not track your location
• We do not share any data with third parties for advertising
• We do not sell your data — ever

Data That Stays on Your Device All poll data, bill splits, countdowns, spin wheel results, and AI replies are processed locally or passed directly through Apple's iMessage infrastructure. Mes does not have a server that stores your conversations.

AI Features Mes uses Google Gemini API to generate AI reply suggestions. When you use AI Reply, your message context is sent to Google's API to generate a response. This is governed by Google's privacy policy. We do not store or log these requests on our end.

Subscriptions Mes offers auto-renewable subscriptions (Mes Pro) managed entirely through Apple's App Store. We do not handle payment information directly. Apple processes all transactions. See Apple's privacy policy for details on how subscription data is handled.

Photos If you use Photo Polls, photos you select are processed locally on your device. They are not uploaded to any server.

Analytics Mes does not use any third-party analytics SDKs. We do not track app usage, crashes, or user behavior.

Children's Privacy Mes is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes If we update this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
